Philosophy
The VANCCC is commited to providing a safe stimulating environment for children 6 weeks to 5 1/2 years of age. Our primary goal is that each child achieves and maintains a positive self image. We focus on developing all aspects of the young child: physical, emotional, intellectual and cultural.
 Parent Involvement
We value our parents as a special part of our program. We believe open communication and strong parent relations contributes to our success. Throughout the year we plan family activities, such as an annual picnic, open houses, conferences, and an Advisory Parent Board that meets monthly to plan policies and discuss issues.
The VA Neighborhood Child Care Center admits children of any race, color and national or ethnic origin.
